• Our Liquid Termite Treatments begin with a free inspection from one of our trained termite professionals. The technician performs a thorough scouting of all areas that may be conducive to termite colonies, working to locate any areas of special concern.
• We then trench around the perimeter of the building or structure, drilling through any slabbed areas of concrete where necessary.
• Once the structure has been properly trenched and prepared, we apply our Liquid Termite Treatment to stop termites in their tracks as they forage through the ground beneath your home. We create a liquid barrier that works day and night to eliminate termites and prevent infestations. This acts to stop the termite before it can come in contact with your home.

Once the treatment has been completed, the customer will be covered with our Advantage Guarantee for as long as they keep their agreement renewed with us. If any subterranean termites are found after our treatment, the Guarantee covers all retreatment necessary to fix the problem as well as any damage caused by the subterranean termites for up to $1,000,000, for as long as your contract with us is up to date!
